1. Product Description

Water softener is the removal of calcium, magnesium, and certain other metal cations in hard water. The resulting soft water requires less soap for the same cleaning effort, as soap is not wasted bonding with calcium ions. Soft water also extends the lifetime of plumbing by reducing or eliminating scale build-up in pipes and fittings. Water softening is usually achieved using ion-exchange resins.

Main and Basis Point for this system:

1.Source water inlet: it can treat tap water, well water and underground water with TDS( Total Dissolved Solids) is less than 1000 ppm.

2.Capacity: Output purified water is 15000 liters per hour.

3.Output purified water application::Daily consumption or irrigating or food manufacturing ect.

Pre-treatment filters:

1–The quartz sand filter: to remove the suspend solid and reduce the turbidity of outlet water .

2–The activated carbon filter: to remove color, odor, residual chlorine from the raw water.

3–Water Softener (optional): to remove Calcium ion (Ca2+) and magnesium ion(Mg2+) to remove hardness.

 

Automatic control valve: It can automatically complete the fast rinsing and backwashing of filter materials, and then automatically turn to filter (normal operation) by setting the time on the program
